eSchoolDeals is a deal aggregator. There are no accounts, no signups, and no logins. We don't collect your name, email, phone number, or payment information, because we never ask for them.

We use minimal analytics to understand which deals are popular, and we earn commission from affiliate links when you buy something through us. That's it.

When you visit eschooldeals.com, our hosting provider (Vercel) and our analytics tools automatically receive standard request information that every website receives:

• IP address (used by Vercel for routing and abuse prevention)
• Browser type and user agent string
• Pages viewed and approximate time on page
• Referring website, if any
• Approximate geographic region (country / state level) derived from IP

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, precise location, or any other personally identifying information. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not offer one.

eSchoolDeals does not set tracking cookies of its own. Some third-party services we use (analytics, affiliate networks) may set their own cookies. You can block these in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.

Most deals on eSchoolDeals link to merchants through affiliate programs, including Amazon Associates, the Commission Junction (CJ) network (Vrbo, Travelocity, Hotels.com, HP), and others. When you click a deal and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Affiliate networks place their own tracking cookies on your device to attribute the sale. We do not control those cookies and they are governed by the respective network's privacy policy.

The aggregated, non-personal information we receive is used to:

• Operate and improve the site
• Understand which deals and categories visitors are most interested in
• Detect and prevent abuse, bots, and fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade information about our visitors to third parties for marketing purposes.

eSchoolDeals pulls deal data from public merchant feeds and APIs (Amazon, Best Buy, Slickdeals RSS, Walmart, HP via Commission Junction, and others) on a scheduled basis. These outbound requests are made by our server and contain no information about you.

eSchoolDeals also auto-publishes a small number of selected deals each day to our own Pinterest business account. These posts contain only the deal information (title, price, image, affiliate link) — never any information about visitors to this site.

eSchoolDeals is intended for an adult audience (college students and other shoppers). We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has interacted with the site in a way that involves personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Standard server logs are retained by our hosting provider for the durations set out in their own policies — typically 30 days or less. Aggregated analytics are retained indefinitely. We do not maintain a user profile database because we have no users in the registered sense.

Because we don't store personal data tied to you, there is generally nothing for you to delete on our end. You can:

• Block third-party cookies in your browser
• Use private / incognito mode
• Use a VPN or privacy-focused browser
• Adjust your operating system's "Do Not Track" preferences (we honor these)

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted in a banner at the top of the homepage for at least 14 days.
